Played a fun show in the valley last Saturday, the 8th, for a fundraiser at this school CHAMPS. The music was really fun and mostly Jazz/R&B and the band was all people under 26. Two good friends of mine were in the band (how I got the gig) Oren and Gitai who I met while I was in college. We 3 had never played in that type musical setting before and it was great! The band director Mr Byrd is a crazy guy who’s done music with Lala Hathaway and Lionel Ritchie and he said he’d get me some more gigs! One of the singers also told me she’d get me on her EP in the Spring which is going to be dope as she’s great too. Gig coming up then holiday back in SD. Gonna make a track before then.
