October came and went. Camped in Joshua Tree and made some $$$ doing some music. Not the most eventful month and I blame complacency and lack of bravery. There’s no dying patient in music and one wrong move isn’t going to kill someone. But someone can be saved. Why is it so hard to be a souperhero? My coworker’s reaction was that laziness keeps me back, but I swear I work hard. Problem is, working hard hardly works if your work works too remotely. Dr. Manhattan sure isn’t helping anyone while alone on Mars. Doesn’t he almost kill that female superhero when he brings her there because she can’t breath and he forgot? What a metaphor lol. Getting together a picture of how much money I’d need to make to not work a 9-5. Again, I’m probably pawning my problems off on something other than myself (blaming a 9-5). I did a kind favor to a stranger and he found me on FB. Says he’s a recording engineer and wants to give me a free date. Too bad I’m not already making music with people I love. Maybe someday. On a cheerier note….there’s always tomorrow to see the upside.
